This project focused on designing a professional and user-friendly business order form for Patty Cakes, a specialty cake company. The goal was to create a structured, visually appealing document that simplifies the ordering process while maintaining a polished brand presence. The form was designed to be both functional and aesthetically aligned with the company’s artisanal and high-quality approach to baking.

The typography reflects the brand’s artisanal identity, combining a refined serif for the logo with a modern sans-serif for the form fields, ensuring both professionalism and warmth. Subtle branding elements, such as a sophisticated header and a friendly "Thank You" note, reinforce Patty Cakes’ commitment to customer service and quality. The use of grayscale with soft accents keeps the form visually engaging without overwhelming the necessary information.
